Julie A. Bayley
Media Planning and Buying/Research/Strategy

A seasoned marketing communications veteran of over 25 years, Julie’s professional experience expands across the media and research disciplines including media strategy development, media planning and media buy execution.  Marketers that have benefitted from her media planning and placement strategies include Nissan, General Motors, Bank of America, Burger King, Ford, PepsiCo, the National Cable Television Association, Microsoft, Merck, Novartis and Nationwide Insurance.

Her career spans advertising agencies from Chiat/Day, Grey Entertainment to Uniworld Group.  Julie was previously Director of Media Services for McCann Erickson in Perth Western Australia for six years.

Yolanda Caraway
Public Relations, National Communications and Event Management

With nearly thirty years of policy-making, project management and communications experience, Yolanda has counseled a number of well-known Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, government agencies and high-profile individuals in every aspect of communications strategy.  She has worked with major U.S. companies and non-profits including Microsoft Corp., AT&T, MGM MIRAGE, Bristol Myers Squibb, Mitsubishi, Texaco, the Congressional Black Caucus, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the NATO 50th Anniversary Summit and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial Foundation Project.

Rusty Robertson
Marketing and Branding

Named as one of the Top 100 Marketers by Advertising Age magazine, and as one of the most entrepreneurial women in the United States.  Rusty is a literary agent and award winning brand marketer, branding hundreds of major corporations and generating over $500 million for her clients and their companies.  Rusty is a co-founder and executive leader of Stand Up to Cancer.  She helped create the Margaret Thatcher Foundation and was instrumental in the launch of the Susan G. Komen Foundation with Nancy Brinker.

Sue Schwartz
Integrated Marketing and Advertising

Named as one of the most innovative people in America by Response magazine, Sue has held Sr. and Exec VP positions in marketing at Revlon and Almay Cosmetics.  As Vice President of Almay she was a force behind the meteoric growth in sales.  In addition to co-founding Stand Up to Cancer, Sue was also the Executive Vice President of Home Shopping Network and more than quadrupled their internet sales in one year.  Along with executive team at Strategic Solutions Group Inc., Sue helps spearhead the marketing, branding and promotional initiatives for our clients.

Jennifer A.  Caveness
Construction Management and Project Management

With hands on experience in the real estate field, and as a Senior Project Manager and Director at CBRE and LYFE Kitchen, Jennifer Caveness has over 18 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Construction Manager.  Jennifer initially began her work in the construction industry with Sasco Electrical, as a Project Engineer and Project Manager for all of their major construction clients.  Following, Jennifer worked for CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, in various capacities such as Project Manager in charge of space planning for clients such as American Express;  as a Senior Project Manager responsible for design and construction of retail stores and fueling stations for the Chevron account; as well as  a lead oversight and design manager for Orange County office properties that included tenants such as Google, GSA/DCAA, GSA/FBI, Sempra, and SoCal Gas.  Most recently, Jennifer has been developing programs and negotiating national contracts for contractors, equipments and vendors for the LYFE Kitchen concept of sustainable, lifestyle kitchens and homes as envisioned by Delos.  Jennifer is experienced in all facets of the construction and real estate industry.  She has developed partnership and built positive rapport with architects, engineers, subcontractors and other disciplines while maintaining costs and schedules.  Jennifer is extremely well versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, impending design problems, document preparation, building codes and regulations, material purchasing and phasing and overall site/construction management from pre-development through  certificate of occupancy and project turnover.

Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University and completed the Project Management Professional Development Program at the University of Texas at Dallas.  She is also credentialed as a LEED Green Associate and holds an OSHA 30 Certification.
